Meet Capone

Capone has a personality as bold as his name. Rescued in 2020 as part of the "Saginaw Six," Capone’s journey to Ahimsa Safe Haven began after being found in deplorable conditions. Despite his difficult start, Capone has become a sanctuary favorite, known for his playful antics and larger-than-life presence.

Whether he’s happily rooting in the soil, enjoying a satisfying mud bath, or nudging his caretakers for attention, Capone is full of energy and joy. His playful nature often leads to lighthearted moments with his fellow siblings, Teddy, Harriet, and Molly, making him the center of their social group.

Capone’s favorite time of day is treat time—especially when pumpkins or apples are involved! He also loves soaking up the sun and stretching out for a nap after a busy morning of exploring. His adventurous and social demeanor reminds us daily of the importance of providing a safe space for animals to thrive.
